Urgent Opening for Team Member in SCM profile in Noida MNC

We have an URGENT Opening for Team Member SCM (Supply Chain Management) profile (IT MNC); below are the details.
 Designation – Team Member SCM (Supply Chain Management) 
 Work Location – Sec 62, Noida 
 Working Days - 5 
 Shift Timings – 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (IST)
 Salary Package – Upto 4 Lakhs/Annum (basis, Current/Last Salary, Experience, Exposure)

• Meeting productivity Targets defined. 
• Meeting the SLA defined for the. 
• Meeting the organizational objectives. 
• Able to analyze variations and suggest improvements in the Process. 
• Understanding critical / business urgencies & act to ensure timely fulfillment of Orders. 
• Manage Vendor/Sales Queries. 
• Improve CSAT Scores. 

• Effective communicator that can convey ideas to the internal customers/Vendors in a simple manner. 
• Effective Team Player should be able to effectively manage work with all stake Holders. 
• Enthusiastic /Self Motivated. 
• Excellent verbal as well as Written Communication skills. 
• Good Typing Speed, minimum requirement 25-30 WPM with accuracy of 90%. 

EDUCATION: Graduation 

• Knowledge of Working in ERP Environment is mandatory. 
• Strong in MS Office, & added knowledge of MS Office Visio would be a plus. 
• Should be able to navigate the internet to retrieve the required Information. 
• Possess strong communication with good command of the English language. 
• Ideally 1 - 3 years of work experience with at least 1 years of relevant experience. 
• Must work with a sense of urgency and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. 
• Willing to Work in a 24X7 Work Environment. 
• International BPO experience will be a plus preferable in the B2C space.
